Low Download Speeds and Upload Speeds but Youtube Works Just Fine
Very slow upload to YouTube, only other sites fine

So lately I've noticed a really weird trouble where my uploads to YouTube are -EXTREMELY- dull. I have a 200/20 Mbps connexion, and uploading videos used to take me about 5~ minutes, and now for the same filesize, accept 200-300+ minutes. When I upload to any other site, the speeds are fine.
Here are some of the things that I have tried:
DNS affluent
ipconfig release/renew
Uninstall/reinstall ethernet adapter drivers
Replacing the router
Various malware scans
Blocking certain IP'south that have been suggested to help with YT upload speeds
I'yard currently on a wired connection. Other devices continued to my network via Wi-Fi or wired don't endure the aforementioned trouble, so I'thou thinking it has something to do with a reckoner setting that I'm unaware of.
Oh, one more odd matter is that if I power cycle the router, or striking the reset button, the next time information technology establishes connexion the YouTube upload speeds volition exist fine...for several minutes. Non sure what that indicates.
Currently using:
OS: Win7 Professional person
Router: Arris DG1670a
Mobo: Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 (I take heard that the xfast LAN drivers can throttle uploads, simply I don't have that installed)
Using onboard ethernet adapter, listed in device manager as Realtek PCIe GBE Family unit Controller
Isp: Fourth dimension Warner Cable, cable connection
Devices continued to router: 3.
One is the master computer which is wired which has the problem.
Other devices are laptop and phone connected via Wi-Fi (Tried turning Wi-Fi off to no success)
If I missed any important information delight ask and I will add it. I'chiliad all out of ideas. I experience similar I may need to reformat simply I want to see if I can ready this without resorting to that beginning.
Update: Seems that using a VPN volition bypass this outcome, if that is whatever assistance. Too, I'm pretty sure it's not hardware related. Booted from some other drive, and issue went away.
